Job summary

Talent Splendor is seeking an Accountant for a full-time, on-site role in Jhelum, Punjab. You will manage day-to-day financials, post to the general ledger, handle AP/AR, and assist with month-end closes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Ideal applicants have 5–6 years of full-cycle accounting, solid knowledge of budgeting/forecasting, and proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP and Excel. On-site posting, collaboration with internal teams, and process improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• General ledger management, financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision making.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP and MS Excel for reporting.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance and audit processes.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy and strong organization.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting and certifications (ACCA/CA/CMA) with 5–6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR and GL postings.
• Prepare and review financial statements and assist with budgeting/forecasting.

Role Description

The Accountant role at one of Talent Splendor's Client is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhelum, Punjab. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations. This role will prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will support month-end and year-end closing processes, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely financial insights. The position also involves preparing tax documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.
