• Accurate execution of all customer financial transactions (LCY & FCY)
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve with a smile
• Exhibit vigilance and take precautionary measures with respect to security of cash counter
• Be observant, alert and exercise customer due diligence while dealing with customers
• Implementation of Controls & Compliance
• Effective sorting & balancing of Cash in Till
• Utility Bills Collection
• Handing RTC’s, Security Deposit Receipts (SDRs) and National Prize bonds
