Job summary
A leading global SaaS company is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist in Metro Manila. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining systems, and providing daily support. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or related fields and good communication skills in English. Entry-level candidates are welcome. This position may require working outside standard hours.

- Monitor performance and ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with global teams on IT project

- Provide daily IT support and resolve technical queries
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronic, Telecom, or Automotive Engineering
