The role emphasizes operational excellence, space utilization, and revenue targets through effective management of facilities, utilities, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years in property management or fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and tenants.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant fit-out activities from turnover to completion.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned spaces.
• Monitor occupancy, space utilization, and tenant performance.
• Support leasing turnover and local marketing initiatives.

Skills

4–6 years of experience in property管理

Strong coordination skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education
