Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Zendesk Administrator (Contact Center Platform) in Ortigas, Pasig. The role covers daily Zendesk administration, routing, business rules, and platform improvements to deliver reliable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Zendesk in production environments.
• Experience supporting Contact Center or Customer Service platforms.
• Proven ability to configure workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and business rules.
• Experience managing routing, queues, IVRs, and operational configurations.
• User administration and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Experience in BAU platform operations.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zendesk across multiple business units and teams.
• Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Manage queues, routing rules, business hours, and skills-based routing.
• Configure IVRs, call routing, queues, and workflows.
• Create/maintain triggers, automations, macros, and ticket fields.
• Manage Zendesk Talk configuration and telephony features.
• Conduct health checks and routine maintenance.
• Ensure configurations follow governance standards.
