Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Zendesk Administrator (Contact Center Platform) to manage the day-to-day Zendesk operations. You will work closely with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure a reliable, scalable customer experience.

The role is hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Ortigas, Pasig, and offers ongoing opportunities for optimization and automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive Zendesk experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to document

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience administering Zendesk in production.
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk Talk and Zendesk Support.
• Experience supporting contact center or customer service platforms.
• Proven ability to configure workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zendesk across multiple business units and teams.
• Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain queues, routing rules, business hours, and routing strategies.
• Manage IVRs, call routing logic, and operational workflows.
• Create and maintain triggers, automations, macros, views, and ticket fields.
