Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Zendesk Platform Engineer to own platform administration, access control, routing rules, and workflows across Zendesk Talk and Support.

You will collaborate with Contact Centre Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver a reliable, scalable customer experience, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements. This role offers a hybrid work setup and growth opportunities within a large Philippines-based MSP.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Zendesk in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk Talk and Zendesk Support.
• Experience supporting Contact Center or Customer Service platforms.
• Proven ability to configure workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and business rules.
• Experience managing routing, queues, IVRs and operational configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zendesk platform across multiple units and teams.
• Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain queues, routing rules, business hours, skills-based routing, and contact center configurations.
• Configure IVRs, call routing logic, queues, and operational workflows.
• Create and maintain triggers, automations, macros, views, ticket fields, and business rules.
• Manage Zendesk Talk configuration and telephony settings.
• Monitor platform performance and conduct health checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Zendesk changes.
