Shane Hummus is seeking an A+ retention video editor to join a fast-growing content creation team. You will edit engaging talking head videos and help shape the channel’s storytelling with a focus on high-quality output.

Collaborate with a small team, organize assets and timelines, and deliver 1–2 long-form videos per week that align with our brand. Remote work is supported, and familiarity with creators like Iman Gadzhi or Hormozi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience editing engaging long-form (talking head) YouTube videos.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative storytelling and brand-aligned content knowledge.
• Familiarity with creators like Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, Hamza is a plus.
• Enjoys memes and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 1–2 top-quality talking head long-form videos per week meeting client standards.
• Collaborate with a team to develop and implement video project ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
• Create and maintain an organized system for video files and timelines.
• Work with the content team to ensure timely delivery of finished videos.
