Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Creative Media Specialist to own end-to-end video and motion graphics production in a fully remote role. You will create 2D animations, case study videos, and explainers, guiding projects from concept through post-production in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in video editing and motion graphics, with After Effects and Premiere Pro mastery, plus strong storytelling and collaboration skills across design and product marketing teams.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and 2D motion graphics.
Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience in motion storytelling and product animations.
Basic audio leveling and cleanup for broadcast-ready deliverables.
Ownership mindset with ability to work autonomously in a high-feedback environment and openness to AI tools.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Motion Production: lead concept to final delivery.
Diverse Asset Creation: 2D animations, case study videos, splash reels, data visuals.
Project & Timeline Management: juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Script-to-Screen Storytelling: translate scripts into visual storyboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with design, copy, and product teams.
Feedback Iteration & Stakeholder Ownership: fast revisions with clear input.
