Job summary

Care Center Clinic in Quezon City is seeking a PhilHealth YAKAP Team Leader to oversee the program’s operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate reporting of patient census and program performance. You will supervise YAKAP staff, coordinate with clinic management, monitor workflows, and drive quality service delivery to beneficiaries.

Experience in healthcare administration and PhilHealth guidelines is preferred; strong data collection and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program at the clinic
• Ensure proper implementation of program guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Monitor workflow efficiency and service delivery standards
• Coordinate with clinic management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address operational concerns and implement corrective actions when needed
• Supervise and provide guidance to YAKAP staff members
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, concerns, and performance
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to program standards
• Oversee the accurate collection and consolidation of patient data
• Prepare and submit regular census reports on patients served by the clinic
