Qualifications

• 1–3 years in utilities, water treatment support, industrial operations, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of water treatment principles, mechanical systems, or utility operations.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on‑call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified operators with daily operation, monitoring and control of water treatment processes to ensure safe potable water.
• Perform routine inspections, collect water samples, conduct basic testing, and record data under supervision.
• Learn treatment processes such as filtration, disinfection, chemical dosing, and system monitoring.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Respond to alarms or abnormal conditions and support inspections and audits.
