Autohub Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the Workshop section, supervise personnel, monitor service flow, and ensure safety and cleanliness in daily operations.

The role requires an automotive diploma, relevant supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year Automotive Course
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience, two (2) years of supervisory capacity
• Has Professional Driver’s License
• NCII Certification

Responsibilities

• Monitors the daily workshop load and ensures the efficient distribution of repair/service orders among the leadmen to achieve target productivity and efficiency rates
• Ensures the smooth transfers of units for repair and the corresponding repair orders from service reception to workshop up to releasing
• Ensures that all equipment and assigned and borrowed tools are complete, in good working condition, clean, and have no damage
• Oversees work area maintenance and ensures compliance with housekeeping and safety standards of the company and plant/manufacturer
• Addresses workshop operational issues and elevates unresolved concerns to Service Manager/After Sales Manager
• Checks and validates reports on status and quality of repair jobs and proposes corrective actions
• Ensures smooth traffic flow within Workshop Area and maximizes Workshop Parking Area

Role Overview

Primarily responsible for the administration of the Workshop Section, involving administrative supervision and control of the section’s activities and personnel, effective and efficient supervision of Workshop services/activities, monitoring of workshop cleanliness and maintenance, and provision of vehicle repair technical expertise for the standardization of the After Sales processes and procedures in accordance with the overall direction of the company and in compliance with the policies of Plant/Manufacturer and AUTOHUB Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors the daily workshop load and ensures the efficient distribution of repair/service orders among the leadmen to achieve the given target productivity and efficiency rates

• Ensures the smooth transfers of units for repair and the corresponding repair orders from service reception to workshop up to releasing

• Ensures that all equipment and assigned and borrowed tools are complete, in good working condition, clean, and have no damage

• Oversees work area maintenance and ensures the compliance of all personnel to workshop housekeeping and safety standards of the company and the plant/manufacturer. The workshop is always kept clean and well maintained

• Addresses workshop operational issues and concerns and elevates to Service Manager/After Sales Manager, which cannot be resolved at his/her level

• Checks and validates the reports provided by the lead man on the status and quality of repair jobs, identifies areas of concern, and proposes a course of action.

• Ensures the smooth traffic flow within the Workshop Area and that all essential areas/spaces, i.e., Workshop Parking Area, are maximized
