Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily workload of the assigned Workshop Team (PMS / GJ) and ensures the efficient distribution of repair / service orders among the technicians to achieve the given target productivity and efficiency rates.
• Addresses workshop operational issues and concerns and elevates to Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager which cannot be resolved at his/her level.
• Supervises work area maintenance and ensures the compliance of the technicians to workshop housekeeping and safety standards of the company and the Plant / Manufacturer.
• Ensures that all equipment, assigned and borrowed tools of the team are complete, in good working condition, clean and has no damage.
• Performs other functions as may be directed by immediate superior and/or next higher head.

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION: Graduate of Automotive Vocational Course
• WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 Years of relevant work experience, 1 year of which in a supervisory capacity.
• ELIGIBILITY: Professional Driver’s License 1 & 2 holder.
• TRAINING: NC II Certification.
