Job summary

PW PHILIPPINES CORPORATION is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver workforce and organizational transformation projects, working with managers and client stakeholders to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and drive execution.

You will manage workstreams, coach junior team members, and contribute to proposals while upholding quality and professional standards across HR Transformation, Organization Design, Leadership Development, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as HR, business, psychology, information systems, finance, or engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in consulting, human capital advisory, organizational development, HR transformation, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of HR and workforce transformation initiatives aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project workstreams and coordinate activities for timely delivery.
• Conduct assessments, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and Associates.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering workforce and organizational transformation projects. You will work closely with managers and client stakeholders to analyze business challenges, develop solutions, and drive project execution. You will be expected to manage workstreams, contribute to client relationship management, and provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of HR and workforce transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage project workstreams and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
• Conduct assessments, research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify workforce and organizational improvement opportunities.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations, recommendations, and other project deliverables.
• Support and facilitate change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Contribute to projects across HR Transformation, Organization Design, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning, Culture, and Employee Experience.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and meetings with client stakeholders to gather insights and validate recommendations.
• Analyze workforce and people-related data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Guide and coach Associates and junior team members, providing support in their professional development.
• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and practice development initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging workforce trends, technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Uphold quality, risk management, and professional standards in all engagements.

Qualifications and Grade Level Expectations

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, human capital advisory, organizational development, HR transformation, workforce transformation, change management, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of client-facing projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of one or more workforce-related disciplines, including HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership Development, Organization Design, or People Analytics.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is an advantage.
• Collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Identify and elevate risks and issues that may impact project delivery or the firm's reputation.
• Uphold the firm's code of conduct, professional standards, and independence requirements.
• Demonstrate quality and technical expertise aligned with the expectations of a Senior Associate.
