Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. seeks a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance modules.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, run workshops, manage small to mid-sized implementations, and design interfaces using APIs and ETL tools, with strong scripting in JavaScript,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRIS or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Workforce Software implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, SQL, HTML.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance modules. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.
• Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure WFS modules (Time, Scheduling, ACT, Forecasting).
• Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL.
• Perform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.
• Conduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.
• Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects.
• Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, SQL, HTML).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Workforce Software certifications (Time, ACT, Interfaces) (preferred).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos) (preferred).
