Job summary

One of the Global Client is seeking a Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to drive design, configuration, and implementation across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance in a fully remote setup.

The role requires translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, guiding clients strategically, and coordinating integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workforce Software implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and HTML.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central and Payroll (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and system design for Workforce Software deployments.
• Oversee implementation and configuration across modules.
• Engage with clients and define strategic roadmaps.
• Provide project leadership and governance throughout projects.

The role will lead to the design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software solutions across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance. We are looking for a senior-level professional who can translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, guide clients strategically, and support integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and payroll platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Strong ing skills (Java , SQL, HTML).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll (preferred).
