Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a WorkForce Techno-Functional Consultant L2 to support configuration, validation, integration, and implementation of Workforce Software Time and Attendance solutions. You will work with business stakeholders to ensure configurations meet requirements and assist with testing and cutover activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, policy Editor navigation, and collaboration on SAP SuccessFactors and ECC integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance.
• Knowledge of WFS configurations, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validation.
• Ability to validate system behavior against business configurations and requirements.
• Experience supporting integrations between WFS and SAP or other modules.
• Experience assisting with testing, cutover, reporting, and go-live activities.

Role Overview

The WorkForce Techno-Functional Consultant L2 supports the configuration, validation, integration, and implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders to validate system configurations against business requirements, support testing and reporting, and assist with cutover and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Functional Support

• Configure and validate WFS Time and Attendance functionality, including work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time results.
• Navigate WFS configurations and Policy Editor to verify that system results align with established business rules.
• Support WFS Time and Attendance requirements and troubleshooting as a Level 2 techno-functional consultant.
• Perform WFS TOR-related activities and support relevant configurations.

Integration & Reporting

• Support WFS integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other workforce management modules.
• Execute required system reports and validate outputs against business requirements.
• Assist business users with testing, cutover, and go-live activities for WFS Time and Attendance implementations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance.
• Knowledge of WFS configurations, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validation, and time results validation.
• Ability to validate system behavior against business configurations and requirements.
• Experience supporting integrations between WFS and SAP or other workforce management modules.
• Experience assisting with testing, cutover, reporting, and go-live activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PT102 certification.
• Prior experience with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
