Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Workforce Software (WFS) Techno Functional Consultant L2 with strong Time & Attendance expertise. The role involves configuring and supporting WFS, validating attendance data, and assisting with SAP HR integrations across global implementation projects.

The candidate should have hands-on WFS configuration experience, a solid grasp of workforce management processes, and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes.
• Hands-on experience in WFS configuration and validation.
• Experience with SAP HR integrations (EC, ECP, ECC).
• Background in SAP Time Management or SAP Payroll is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance solutions.
• Validate timekeeping, schedules, leave, accruals, and attendance data.
• Troubleshoot and analyze configuration issues.
• Support integrations between WFS and SAP systems (EC, ECP, ECC).
• Participate in testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
