Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines-based Wealth Management Operations team supports end-to-end operational processes to deliver accurate, timely outcomes. You will investigate inquiries, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and maintain high standards for data quality and documentation.

In this role you will contribute to a strong risk and controls culture by identifying gaps and supporting remediation, while driving continuous improvement across workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) or currently enrolled with expected graduation Apr–Dec 2026.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (e.g., transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, and monitoring) in line with defined procedures and service standards.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
• Maintain data quality and documentation standards to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Identify operational risk and control gaps, support remediation actions, and contribute to process improvements.
