Job summary

Trec Pacific Corp. in Ortigas, Pasig City is hiring a Workforce Scheduler to oversee rostering, ensuring shifts are staffed to meet operational needs while supporting staff wellbeing.

You will manage coverage across multiple sites, work with Dayforce, Kronos (UKG) or People Planner, handle timesheets, respond to emails, and coordinate calls for scheduling adjustments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling/rostering or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create and maintain rosters.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing coverage across multiple sites by contacting staff and coordinating with regional managers.
• Handle timesheet management and ensure accurate records.
• Respond to emails quickly, especially urgent requests.
• Serve as a primary contact by managing calls related to coverage updates.

Workforce Scheduler

Ortigas | Full-time

As a Workforce Scheduler, you’ll be the mastermind behind efficient rostering, ensuring shifts are staffed to meet operational needs while supporting staff wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

• Managing coverage across multiple sites by contacting staff members and coordinating with regional managers to ensure smooth operations.


• Familiarity with tools like Dayforce, Kronos (UKG), or People Planner is preferred and considered an advantage.


• Handling timesheet management and ensuring accurate records.


• Responding to emails quickly and efficiently, particularly when handling urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.


• Serve as a key point of contact by managing calls related to coverage updates.


• Handles inbound and outbound coordination calls to support daily scheduling adjustments and coverage requirements, in addition to core workforce scheduling responsibilities.
