ContactPoint 360 is seeking a Workforce Reports Supervisor to oversee the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of workforce reports for senior management. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in WFM reporting, and collaboration with HR systems to ensure accurate data extraction.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive data-driven improvements, and train junior staff on reporting processes and best practices, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Power BI hands-on experience and other dashboarding platforms.
• Experience with information management.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Experience with big data tools and relevant computer software.
• At least 1 year of leading WFM / Reports teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
