• Engage with team managers to maximize billability.
• Monitor demand marketplace and support planning.
• Own 12-week look-ahead accuracy for managers.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and pre-planning opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for talent seeking opportunities.
