Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team supporting AU Consumer Telco accounts. You will lead long- and medium-term forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple channels to align supply with demand within budgets.

You will partner with transformation, scheduling, and onshore/offshore teams to mitigate workforce risks, coach stakeholders on planning principles, and harness data analytics to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in demand forecasting and planning in large, complex environments.
Strong leadership and ability to build and lead teams.
Experience creating and managing complex forecast models.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
Experience with change management and business improvement in operations.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

Asa Workforce Planning Analyst, develop forecasts to ensure adequate resources for complex operations and meet service standards.
Maintain a robust demand model and assumptions for each contact type.
Coordinate with Channels Leadership to scope targets in the demand forecast strategy.
Forecast workforce plans to meet future organizational needs and demands.
Analyze data, trends, and provide insights to drive efficiency and risk mitigation.
Partner with transformation, scheduling, and global teams to drive improvements.
