Job summary
MinebeaMitsumi Cebu seeks a Workforce Planning Analyst to develop, model, and maintain total workforce capacity plans for Direct and Indirect Labor across manufacturing operations. This role links demand schedules with labor capacity to meet delivery milestones while optimizing efficiency and coverage for customer demand.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Operations Management, Finance, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in capacity planning, headcount modeling, or production planning in high-precision electronics or related supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Customer Demand & Labor Modeling (NPI, MP and AC).
- Capacity Planning & Yield Balance Analysis.
- PPIC Integration & Operational Alignment.
- Clear To Labor Update and Reporting.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination.
