Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Cebu is seeking a Corporate Planning Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making. You will analyze financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to provide insights to senior management.

You will collaborate across departments, organize KPI reviews, monitor initiatives, and develop financial models to support planning and communicate findings with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis and strategic planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to engage in strategic planning for the upcoming fiscal term.
• Organize KPI reviews across departments to evaluate progress of KPIs and implemented strategies.
• Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and update senior management on progress.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify improvement areas.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Conduct research to support strategic decision-making and identify trends and opportunities.
