Job summary

Talkpush is hiring a Workforce Operations Data Analyst in the Philippines. You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple systems, reconcile data across platforms, and deliver insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field (internships or healthcare exposure preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports from HR, scheduling, time & attendance, labor, financial and other systems.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of workforce data by collating and crosswalking information from multiple systems.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from the workforce operations team.
• Extract, clean, and validate data from disparate sources.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with system administrators and operational teams.

The Analyst will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple systems, reconciling data across platforms, and distributing reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
