Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to own the monitoring and time-tracking platforms used across the organization. You will provision users, monitor activity, and maintain data health to drive trusted workforce metrics for leadership.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, HR, and Finance to reconcile data, handle sensitive information with discretion, and deliver timely reports and dashboards. This role requires onsite work in Cebu from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering an employee monitoring/time-tracking platform (Teramind, ActivTrak, Veriato, Hubstaff, Time Doctor, InterGuard).
• Ownership of productivity, attendance, and utilization reports and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• Working command of workforce metrics: productivity, utilization, adherence, and attendance.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data with discretion and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal English.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu on a fixed Monday–Friday day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHT).
• Exposure to SQL or a BI/reporting tool (Power BI, Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Health and configuration of monitoring/time-tracking platforms end to end.
• Provision users, groups, and agents across the workforce.
• Configure policies, rules, and license allocation.
• Run agent health checks and close endpoint coverage gaps.
