The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years in workforce management, strong experience with multiple WFM platforms, and 3–5 years of team leadership. This onsite role supports enterprise operations from the Bonifacio Global City campus.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of workforce management experience in forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management.
• Proficiency across multiple WFM software platforms to deliver data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of team management experience leading analysts.

Responsibilities

• Forecast future staffing needs using historical data and predictive analytics.
• Develop and manage employee schedules aligned with forecasted demand considering availability and labor rules.
• Track work hours, breaks, and absences for payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Real‑Time (Intraday) Management: monitor and adjust staffing to maintain service levels.
• Monitor KPIs (CSAT, FCR, schedule adherence) and coach for performance improvement.
• Compile reports on workforce metrics and trends for senior management.
