Job summary

Trends Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and manage workforce development programs aligned with the company service lifecycle.

You will coordinate training plans with HR L&D, Technology Groups, and TGI, implement initiatives like Buddy System and Capstones, and track progress using SkillStation LMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, capability building, or workforce planning.
• Experience designing competency-based or 70:20:10 learning programs.
• Proficient in LMS/LXP platforms such as SkillStation, Moodle, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience in IT or technology-driven organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of L&D frameworks (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, 70:20:10) and SFIA competency frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Education, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Project Management certifications are an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, capability building, or workforce planning.
