Job summary

Wrist Service Center is seeking a Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst to own operational reporting, analytics and workforce intelligence. The role drives KPI governance, capacity planning and data-driven decisions, acting as Power BI champion and collaborating with data owners.

We are looking for 4+ years in workforce analytics, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule with shifting hours.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Workforce and/or Business Analyst.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
• Strong reporting capabilities and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Govern KPI dictionary and reporting rules; retire low-value metrics.
• Produce standardized performance views for WSC, clusters, and branches.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and drivers; translate data into decisions and actions.
• Link demand to capacity; develop baselines and scenario models.
• Maintain short- and mid-range demand/capacity views for management.
