Job summary

Wrist Service Center is seeking a Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst to own operational reporting, analytics and workforce intelligence. The WBIA converts workload, productivity, SLA, quality, staffing and scheduling data into a trusted management view and forward-looking capacity decisions.

The role also acts as the WSC Power BI champion, ensuring KPI logic is relevant, transparent, reproducible and adopted.

Qualifications

At least 4 years as a Workforce/Business Analyst.
Advanced Power BI skills.
Workforce planning and forecasting.
Reporting and dashboard development experience.
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Good communication skills.
Keen to details and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

KPI and reporting governance: maintain KPI dictionary and retire duplicates.
Management reporting: produce standardized performance views.
Operational analytics: identify trends and root causes; translate data into decisions.
Productivity and capacity: link demand to capacity and develop models.
Workforce planning: maintain short-/medium-range views and hiring scenarios.
Scheduling intelligence: support schedule design and coverage planning.
Power BI champion: coordinate with BI resources and promote self-service.
Data quality and reconciliation: validate logic and resolve data issues.
QBR and governance analytics: own analytical packs for governance reviews.
Decision support: provide what-if analyses for headcount and workload.
