Job summary

Wrist Service Center is seeking a Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst to own operational reporting, analytics and workforce intelligence. The WBIA converts workload, productivity, SLA, quality, staffing and scheduling data into a trusted management view and forward-looking capacity decisions.

The role also acts as the WSC Power BI champion, ensuring KPI logic is relevant, transparent, reproducible and adopted.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years as a Workforce/Business Analyst.
• Advanced Power BI skills.

Job Description

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Workforce Business Intelligence Analyst who will serve as the HOO's business-side owner of operational reporting, analytics and workforce intelligence. The WBIA converts WSC workload, productivity, SLA, quality, staffing and scheduling data into a trusted management view and forward-looking capacity decisions. The role also acts as the WSC Power BI champion, ensuring KPI logic is relevant, transparent, reproducible and adopted.

What you'll be doing:

• KPI and reporting governance: maintain the WSC KPI dictionary covering aim/purpose, formula, numerator/denominator, source, business-hours logic, inclusion/exclusion rules, refresh cadence, target and accountable owner. Retire duplicate or low-value metrics
• Management reporting: produce standardized WSC, cluster and branch performance views covering volume, lines/transactions, FTE/productive hours, SLA/timeliness, quality, backlog, productivity and other agreed business outcomes.
• Operational analytics: identify trends, anomalies, drivers and root causes; distinguish signal from noise and translate data into decisions, risks and recommended actions.
• Productivity and capacity: link demand, actual workload, productive capacity, shrinkage, skill mix and service commitments; develop productivity baselines and scenario models with Service Delivery.
• Workforce planning: maintain short- and medium-range demand/capacity views; identify over/under-capacity, skill gaps and hiring or redeployment scenarios for management decision.
• Scheduling intelligence: support schedule design and coverage planning using workload patterns, operating hours, shrinkage, leaves, training, skill constraints and peak periods. Service Delivery retains approval and execution ownership.
• Power BI champion: act as WSC business product owner / champion for Power BI; define requirements, validate logic and data, coordinate with technical BI resources, manage user adoption and promote self-service where appropriate.
• Data quality and reconciliation: validate source-to-report logic, reconcile material variances, maintain a data-issue log and coordinate resolution with data owners / system teams.
• QBR and governance analytics: own the standardized analytical pack and trend commentary for governance reviews and QBRs; SDMs retain ownership of the service narrative, relationship and commitments.
• Decision support: provide what-if analysis for headcount, workload migration, branch transitions, service changes and major operational decisions requested by the HOO.

What we're looking for:

• Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Workforce and/or Business Analyst
• Advanced skills in utilizingPower BI
• Workforce planning and forecasting.

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
