Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst III to monitor, analyze, and advise on workforce data, trends, and capabilities across the university. You will work with HR clusters to plan workforce needs and improve data capture and reporting processes.

The role focuses on workforce monitoring, analytics, HR partnering, and group management support, with duties across policy, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to optimize workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in workforce analytics and generating comprehensive reports.
• At least 2 years experience in managing and partnering clients.
• Experience or knowledge in work process improvement, organizational design, people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the University's workforce data and trends.
• Partner with unit leaders to determine workforce plans and requirements.
• Support HR/OD initiatives, design policies, and manage project delivery.
