Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workforce Management experience with forecasting and analytics.
• Experience with call centers, shared services, or large-scale operations.
• Proficient in Excel with data modeling and automation.
• Experience with WFM platforms like IEX and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast complex workforce data for enterprise decisions.
• Build workforce models and simulations for capacity planning.
• Develop end-to-end WFM analytics and performance reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor leaders on demand and plans.
• Lead vendor calibration and performance reviews weekly/monthly.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management and operations.
