Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst III to monitor and analyze the University's workforce data, identify trends, and propose proactive actions. The role collaborates with HR sections to design data collection and improve integration across systems.

You will partner with unit heads, support workforce planning, and assist in communications and project delivery. This position emphasizes analytics, organizational design, and change management within a university

Qualifications

Graduate of any business, or data science course.
Three (3) years experience in workforce analytics, and creating comprehensive reports.
At least two (2) years experience in managing and partnering clients.
Experience or knowledge on work process improvement, organizational design, people analytics.

Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and analyze the University’s workforce data and trends, recommending actions.
Capture and coordinate workforce data and improve data integration across databases.
Research and present workforce data at university and unit levels in collaboration with HR sections.
Collaborate with unit heads to determine workforce plans and requirements in line with unit mandates.
Prepare materials and logistics for workforce management conversations with unit heads.
