Job summary

Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a skilled Workday specialist in the Philippines to configure, integrate, and optimize Workday procurement and inventory processes. You will partner with global teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and maintain critical reports and dashboards.

The role involves testing, deployments, and collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, with a focus on data quality and security.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Workday development and configuration experience.
Experience configuring Workday business processes, including rule logic, routing, notifications, and security.
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces (EIB, Connectors, Studio, APIs).
Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports, business objects, data sources, and calculated fields.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and security configurations.
Knowledge of procure-to-pay and inventory processes in Workday.
Willingness to work US business hours when required.

Responsibilities

Configure, support, and enhance Workday SCM capabilities (Procurement and Inventory).
Design and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for data accuracy.
Support integrations with suppliers, finance systems, and external applications.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing; prepare test artifacts.
Assist with Workday releases, security reviews, and production-readiness validation.
Collaborate with global teams and communicate status clearly.
