Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday technical development and configuration experience, preferably in Procurement, Inventory, or related Workday Financial Management.
• Experience configuring Workday processes: rules, validations, routing, notifications, and security.
• Experience developing Workday reports, data sources, and calculated fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Connectors, Studio) and related technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues across Workday configurations and data.
• Understanding of Workday tenant management, migration, and release practices.

Responsibilities

• Comply with client requirements, policies, and directives.
• Configure, support, and enhance Workday Procurement and Inventory capabilities.
• Support procure-to-pay and inventory processes including orders, receipts, and adjustments.
• Maintain master data and hierarchies for suppliers, items, catalogs, and spend categories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
