Job summary

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Company, is seeking a skilled Workday technical specialist in the Philippines to configure, enhance, and support Workday Supply Chain Management with emphasis on Procurement and Inventory. You will partner with global stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations, data interfaces, and reports.

The role involves managing end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, maintaining master data, and supporting Workday releases and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday development and configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday procurement, inventory, or related capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces.
• Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports, business objects, and data validation.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and continuously develop Workday expertise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance Workday Supply Chain Management capabilities, primarily Workday Procurement and Workday Inventory.
• Support end-to-end procure-to-pay and inventory processes, including requisitions, approvals, POs, receipts, and adjustments.
• Maintain supply chain foundation data such as suppliers, catalogs, and stock locations.
• Design and maintain operational reports and dashboards for procurement, inventory, and financial data.
• Support integrations with suppliers, finance systems, and external applications; monitor and resolve failures.
• Perform testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT) and document results and defects.
• Manage change-control activities and migrations across Workday tenants.
• Monitor queues and resolve incidents within SLAs; assist with releases and security reviews.
• Analyze root causes and contribute to knowledge transfer and cross-skilling.
• Collaborate with client, finance, procurement, and IT teams with limited supervision.
