Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Workday Reporting professional with hands-on experience in Workday reporting, Power BI dashboards, and SSRS reporting to manage and develop enterprise reporting solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate reports and data insights.

The role emphasizes designing and maintaining Workday reports while supporting Power BI and SSRS outputs, ensuring data integrity and performance across the BI stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting, preferably with hands-on experience as a Workday Report Writer or Workday Reporting Analyst/Developer.
• Strong experience developing and administering Workday reports.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, data modeling, and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS report development and maintenance.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating reporting data.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements and translating business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requests, enhancements, and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Workday reporting, including report development, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, modify, and maintain Workday custom and advanced reports based on business requirements.
• Work with Workday data sources, business objects, calculated fields, prompts, filters, and reporting logic.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday reports, data accuracy, report performance, and access/security.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business and operational reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, including report layouts, datasets, parameters, filters, expressions, and subscriptions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries used to support Power BI and SSRS reporting requirements.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
• Support report testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes and automate recurring reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, reporting logic, and technical processes.
• Collaborate with IT, HRIS, Data/BI, and business teams on reporting initiatives and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot reporting-related issues across Workday, Power BI, and SSRS.
