Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center seeks an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to implement Oracle Cloud HCM for clients, spanning core HR, recruiting, and payroll processes. You will work with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

The role requires deep HCM discipline knowledge, Oracle Cloud certifications, and the ability to lead a functional workstream and mentor juniors while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent

• Deep functional capability in at least one core HCM discipline, such as Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, or Time and Labour, supported by a sound understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud HCM landscape and its end-to-end process dependencies.
• Experience working with enterprise HRIS and/or workforce management platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Dayforce, or UKG Dimensions.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering HCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, data migrations, or application support.
• Strong understanding of one or more end-to-end people processes, such as hire-to-retire, recruit-to-onboard, talent and performance, learning and development, absence management, compensation, or time and labour.
• Understanding of workforce structures, employment and assignment data, approval workflows, role-based security, data privacy, reporting, and effective-dated processing requirements.
• Ability to work with HR, People and business stakeholders to analyse business needs, challenge existing processes, and develop practical solution recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and deliver effectively within structured project environments.
• For Senior Consultant candidates, experience taking ownership of a functional workstream, managing deliverables, coordinating with technical and integration teams, and providing guidance to junior consultants.
• Experience identifying design decisions, dependencies, risks, and impacts across HCM, payroll, reporting, data, security, and integration workstreams.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Experience configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in one or more relevant functional areas.
• Experience with Oracle HCM enterprise and workforce structures, role-based security, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, reporting, data conversion, or HCM integrations.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Relevant Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Information Systems, or business qualification.
• Professional HR certification would be advantageous but is not essential.
