eClerx Philippines is seeking a Senior US Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos to support a major US healthcare client. You will process end-to-end US payroll and ensure compliance across multi-state regulations.

The role offers hybrid onboarding with accommodation for provincial hires and a production period remote work setup, plus opportunities for cross-training and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end US payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll, taxes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high payroll accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer payroll using Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos.
• Review payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local US regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities including W-2s.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and process-improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on additional payroll platforms during transition.

Join a team transforming enterprise payroll operations. eClerx Philippines is seeking experienced Senior US Payroll Specialists to support one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States. This role is ideal for payroll professionals with strong expertise in US Payroll and hands‑on experience in Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos. We’re looking for specialists who bring deep knowledge in one payroll platform while being eager to expand their expertise through structured cross‑training.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end US payroll accurately and on schedule

• Administer payroll using Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos

• Review and validate payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local US payroll regulations

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year‑end activities including W‑2 processing

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations

• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

• Cross‑train on additional payroll platforms and client‑specific processes during the transition period

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll information

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end US Payroll processing experience

• Strong understanding of multi‑state US Payroll, payroll tax regulations, FICA, Medicare, Social Security, garnishments, W‑2 processing, payroll reconciliations, and time and attendance integration

• Hands‑on expertise in either Workday Payroll (Highly Preferred), or UKG Pro / UKG Workforce / Kronos

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
