Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on process experience in IBM HR.
• Ability to conceptualize how various setup options affect the application.
• Familiar with business processes, system controls, process flows, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the design and implementation of Workday HR/Recruiting modules.
• Lead integration design sessions to gather requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support of complex integrations.

Skills

Experience in configuring & supporting Workday HCM module

Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
