GCash, a fintech solution under Globe Telecom, Inc., is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to drive HR data exchanges across environments. You will design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.
The role requires 2+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, and a keen eye for data security and process reliability in a fast-paced FinTech environment in the Philippines.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to help influence the overall product roadmap involving integrations by sharing best practices and aligning technology solutions with long-term HR strategy. Perform system health checks, monitoring scheduled integration runs, background jobs, system logs, and API timeouts to ensure 100% data exchange reliability. Execute tenant management tasks, moving integration code, calculated fields, and configuration changes across Sandbox, Implementation, and Production environments using Workday's migration tools. Assist in technical architecture design, including mapping data flows, managing secure data transmissions (e.g., SFTP, PGP encryption), and performing basic integration performance analysis. Design, build, test, and maintain custom integrations using Workday's standard tools (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services). Support technical projects and implementations, facilitate vendor migrations and deployments requiring technical IT activities (e.g., bi-annual Workday feature releases, integration impact assessments, data mapping changes). Document technical procedures, maintaining up-to-date integration runbooks, data mapping matrices, and system architecture diagrams for the IT team.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development and administration in a production or project-based environment. Foundational knowledge of Workday integration tools, including familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors for both inbound and outbound data. Experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP) and data transformation languages (XML, XSLT, JSON). Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem and the technical difference between functional HR business processes and technical data transport. Basic understanding of technical security and cloud connectivity concepts, such as managing authentication profiles, certificates, and secure file transfers. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex technical checklists during project cutovers and tenant migrations. Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to project managers, third-party vendors, and functional HCM consultants. Relevant Certifications such as Workday Integration Core or Workday Studio are preferred.
