Qualifications

• Graduate degree in accounting, CS, psychology or related science/business field.
• More than 5 years as HR Data System administrator.
• Preferably with extensive knowledge on company existing Data System.

Responsibilities

• Leads the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems (HRIS, HRMS, Kudos, Workday, APAC).
• Handles confidential information in HRIS data management workflows.
• Supports HR systems end users in HRIS apps and desktop tools.
• Prepares management reports monthly (eg. Attrition report, gender diversity).
• Prepares reports for CS and other local/global mandated reports in coordination with HRIS team.
