Deloitte Southeast Asia's Delivery Center in Manila invites skilled Workday professionals to join a global consulting leader. You will assess HR needs, design and integrate Workday HCM solutions, and support compensation modules to drive business impact.

As part of a flexible, hybrid setup, you will engage in end-to-end project delivery, optimize configurations for better efficiency, and contribute to client success while advancing your career with world-class training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/SE required.
• 2–4 years of Workday-focused experience in compensation or similar roles.
• At least 1 year of end-to-end project implementation.
• Workday Core Compensation certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assess HR needs and design, develop and integrate Workday HCM software.
• Test and troubleshoot implemented Workday solutions to resolve errors.
• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Compensation modules.
