Job summary

SPAC Information Technology Inc. is seeking a proficient Workday HCM Analyst to join a global HR technology team.

The role focuses on supporting and advancing usage of Workday, acting as an HR technology contact across functional HR areas, and assisting with identifying, planning and implementing system improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, designing and delivering Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules, and supporting business transformation.

Qualifications

Experience extracting and translating business needs into Workday HCM solutions across modules such as HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruit, Help and Security.
Beneficial experience with Benefits and Payroll modules.
Experience working in a multi-national technology organisation.

Responsibilities

Provide BAU support to global HR users, troubleshoot issues, assist with ad-hoc reporting, and support HR core Workday processes.
Own queries and manage them to ensure user and customer satisfaction while following policies.
Demonstrate understanding of Workday modules through configuration, testing, and implementation for HCM and related areas.
Gather and understand business requirements and propose solutions.
Coordinate with project managers, HRBPs, and QA to align requirements, BRDs, designs and test docs.
Configure changes to Workday modules and manage changes through development and change processes.
Support delivery of key projects, including Workday enhancements and other HR system changes.
Prepare and run data uploads into Workday using EIB templates.
