Job summary

InteLogix is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday Financials. The role serves as a bridge between Finance and IT, supporting enhancements, integrations, and reporting needs.

The candidate will drive implementations, partner with finance stakeholders, and ensure data integrity, security, and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Workday experience including 2+ years focused on Workday Financials
• Experience configuring and supporting key financial modules in Workday
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations (GL, AP, AR, FP&A)
• Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, condition rules, security, and reporting in Workday
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance teams and understand end-to-end business processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials including modules such as Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Projects, and Assets; Maintain configurations, security roles, integrations, and reporting objects; Monitor performance and data integrity.
• Implementation & Optimization: Lead or participate in Workday Financials implementations, module rollouts, and post-go-live support; Partner with finance stakeholders to translate needs into requirements; Support testing and change management for upgrades.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors; Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams; Assist in audit and compliance processes.
• Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial analytics; Assist with month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring data accuracy.
