Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is hiring Call Center Agents for a Travel Account. Onsite, full-time position with a salary up to ₱26,000 per month.

You will assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general support via phone, chat, or email. Paid training from Day 1, plus incentives and career growth opportunities.

Locations include Muñoz, Quezon City and other sites across Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and digital literacy.
• No prior BPO/call center experience required; training provided.
