About the role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with strong UI/UX design sensibilities to join the team. In this role, you will build dynamic landing pages, refine an interactive booking and volume pricing system, and develop an organizational client portal. This position starts as a 3-month part-time trial with a potential transition to a full-time, long-term role based on performance and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build 4–5 brand-aligned landing pages
• Upgrade and refine the existing web framework into a sophisticated, interactive booking tool
• Implement dynamic pricing logic: auto-calculate item volume and pricing based on set price lists, integrate appointment scheduling based on live availability, allow image/detail uploads for additional discounts, and enable user account creation with upfront payment processing
• Build an organizational portal for clients to place new orders, view billing history, track Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) accountability reports, monitor order statuses, and review before-and-after photo/video documentation
• Organize and optimize internal dashboards by pulling data from multiple sources using APIs and webhooks
• Connect, integrate, and assist in configuring workflows across CRM and operational tools (including the Zoho suite)

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Elementor
• Proven experience building custom WordPress functionality, dynamic forms, custom plugins, pricing calculators, user portals, and WooCommerce setups
• Solid experience with API integrations and webhooks, particularly connecting WordPress with third-party platforms
• Required hands-on experience working with CRM systems
• Strong eye for clean, responsive UI/UX design—capable of creating polished landing pages independently following existing brand guidelines without relying on a dedicated designer
• Ability to build tailored, custom solutions rather than over-relying on off-the-shelf plugins
