Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Wireless Solutions Engineer to oversee SMW/SRW PSoW governance, site documentation, and stakeholder alignment. The role involves TowerCo colocation assessment, data tracking, and end-to-end project coordination across multiple sites and teams.

You will coordinate with engineering and Territory teams, manage reports, and support cost and solutioning discussions. Office-based with on-site assignment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Looker Studio for dashboards.
• Knowledgeable in Wireless and RF projects.
• Project management skills are an advantage.
• Open to an office-based role and on-site assignment.
• Experience with outdoor/indoor telecom equipment preferred.
• Strong telecom industry background is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in telecom works.

Responsibilities

• SMW & SRW PSoW management including site details, docs, and governance.

JOB TITLE: Wireless Solutions Engineer

Job Description

1. SMW & SRW PSoW management

• Ensuring site details are complete (Locations, Scope, Existing and planned Configs, Planned Atenna Strat)
• Ensuring complete supporting Docs
• Reflecting site details in the PSoW
• Overall governance (E2E monitoring of SRW site status
• Updating of SRW file tracker to monitor site milestones
• Alignment with Stakeholders
• Providing a report highlighting pending dependencies along with a call to support for each responsible party.

2. TowerCo Potential Colocation Assessment & TCO Database Management

• Manage and deliver consolidated site updates and maintain the Colocation trackers.
• Conduct and capture updates from internal AMCEO meetings and coordination meetings with Domains and TowerCo vendors.

3. SLB Sites for Colocation & TowerCo Overloaded Sites (With/Without EXP Scope)

• Manage end-to-end TowerCo site nominations and project updates by validating submissions, coordinating endorsements, capturing assessments, monitoring implementation progress, and ensuring compliance with timelines and SLAs.
• Facilitate regular alignment and reporting through stakeholder coordination, feedback consolidation, and the preparation of weekly reports to track site status and key activities.

4. SLB45 Days Dismantling

• Manage and consolidate TowerCo site data and assessments including sitelists for Excess EPA, dismantled and Solution 0 sites, active/inactive site status, and alignment with Territory teams for final EPA validation and implementation updates.
• Facilitate ongoing coordination, monitoring, and reporting by tracking assessment progress resolving site-related concerns with stakeholders, and preparing regular reports to ensure accurate site status and project alignment.

5. Overall CAF

• Manage and update end-to-end site documentation and approvals including submission and approval statuses, dates for EPA, POWER, GROUND SPACE, TSP approvals, CAF uploading, memo drafting, and AMCEO approvals, ensuring all updates are accurately reflected in trackers and reports.
• Perform regular rebaselining and cost alignment activities by updating cost rates, memo references, submission and approval dates, and ensuring consistent reflection of changes across all consolidated reports and trackers.
• Coordinate site solutioning and endorsements by collaborating with Domains and TCOs to clarify site solutions, confirm cost rates, endorse sites, follow up on pending actions, and ensure newly endorsed or updated sites are accurately captured and tracked.
• a. Maintain and update SLB Common Tracker, including reflection and updates on closed sites.
• b. Upload TowerCo Site audits and reflect in audit repository
• c. Receive and process CAF1, Endorsement of sites to territories for validation and assessments of EPA and Power.
• d. CAF1 Endorsement for Sign off and approval for Memodrafting.
• e. EXP PSoW Monitoring (Dropped, Change in scope, Change in solution) and inlusion to reflect in main Conso file
• f. Driving main conso solutioning with Engineering, and Endorsement of complete solution to TCOs.
• g. Drive and consolidate solutions for CAF2
• h. Receive and process CAF2, Endorsement of sites to territories for validation of EPA, Power, and Ground Space)
• i. Endorsement for Sign off for Memodrafting.
• j. Draft and create Memoapp for Signed off and approved CAFs
• k. Rebaseline SLB and Non SLB sites
• l. Drive stakeholders for approval
• m. Log CAF approved data including memoapp reference and approval date.

Automation Initiatives

• a. Create, maintain and govern consolidated trackers across territories and domains. 2. Ensure completeness and access control
• b. Review existing trackers for formulation and automation
• c. Identify and resolve data gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies within current tracking processes
• d. Create Dashboard and Deck and implement automated update from the formulated trackers

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel
• Knowledgeable in Google Suites Apps (Sheets and Looker Studio)
• Knowledgeable in Wireless and RF Projects
• Project management skill is an advantage
